Kapa starts impersonating minor characters (Pleakley, then a neighbor), causing chaos. Lilo and Stitch track it, but Stitch’s glitching worsens — Kapa’s presence triggers 626’s base code. In the climax of Act II, Kapa absorbs Stitch’s form and memories, turning Stitch into a feral, mindless beast (temporarily).
