The movie begins with Raizo (played by Rain) as a young ninja who is trained by his sensei, Orochi (played by Kazuki Kitamura). However, Raizo soon discovers that his clan is corrupt and decides to escape. He flees to Berlin, where he meets a beautiful woman named Lena (played by Elena Anaya).
As Raizo tries to start a new life in Berlin, he is discovered by his former clan and forced to participate in a deadly game of survival. The clan, led by the ruthless Orochi, will stop at nothing to capture Raizo and bring him back to Japan.
